Yes. TrueLedger uses read-only OAuth. We never create, edit, or delete records in your QuickBooks.

If QuickBooks disconnects, try reconnecting from Integrations. For token errors, disconnect and reconnect. If issues persist, contact support.

Manage your subscription and payment method from Account → Billing & Plan. For billing issues, contact support.

You can request organization deletion from Account → Organization. Data is purged according to our retention policy. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Critical finding alerts are always sent. Digest emails are optional and can be configured in Account → Preferences.

For security concerns, use the Security category when submitting a ticket. We treat security reports with high priority.
